All luxury INSIGNUM watches are hand made for the most part and manufactured under adherence to any possible quality control.

However, if any defect without actual fault should appear please do not hesitate to use our service.

INSIGNUM warranties all their products for 24 months from date of purchase according to the internationally (EG) valid terms. This legal warranty can be extended in validity and extent by the conclosure of an INSIGNUM service contract (see warranty contract).

The warranty covers all material and fabrication defects.

No warranty is given on replacement parts as batteries, lenses and straps as well as any damages caused by unadequate treatment and want of care (Non-observance of manual), (e. g. water damage, if the watch is not described as to be water resistant (see Waterproof Definition according to the DIN-Norm)) as well as accidents, usual wearout and consequential damages caused by damage in function or faillure of the watch.

The claim for guarantee expires, if the watch is opened by an other repair shop than those authorized by INSIGNUM during the warranty period.

Warranty - responsibility is - according to European Law in the obligation of the retailers/wholesales where you purchased your watch. In case of warranty please enclose the valid guarantee card as well as the original invoice (copy is also possible) with the watch.

Shipping of the product to the respective dealer has to be made by registered mail or other controlable way of shipment (parcel service, etc.) Shipment has to be insured by sender accordingly to value. The shipping/insurance costs are not included in the warranty.

INSIGNUM is only responsable for lost shipments, if those conditions are matched.

In case of warranty your watch will be repaired or replaced by the same or a similar watch.

For our watches with sapphire lenses we give 15 years warranty on the glass, according to our general warranty conditions.
